benefits. The most protein comes from dairy milk, but unless you use
skim or 1% milk, it also contains animal fat, which is problematic. Soy
milk is the next greatest source of protein. Protein content is low
in both oat milk and almond milk. Carbs make up the majority of the
calories in oat milk, whereas fat makes up the majority in almond milk.
