Avocado, Tomato & Chicken Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients: 2 slices multigrain bread, ¼ ripe avocado, 3 ounces
cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced, 2 slices tomato.
The avocado is mashed in this nutritious chicken sandwich dish to
make a creamy, nutritious spread. Toast the bread. Using a fork,
mash the avocado and distribute it over one slice of bread. Place
the second slice of bread, the chicken, and the tomato on top.
