Calico Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients: 8 large eggs, 1/4 cup 2% milk, 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1

tablespoon butter, 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped

fresh tomato. Mix the first five ingredients together in a bowl. Melt butter in a 12-inch nonstick

pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and green pepper; heat and stir until soft. Take out of the pan. Pour the egg mixture into

the same pan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the eggs start to thicken. Stir in tomato and

pepper mixture and simmer, stirring gently, until cooked through and liquid egg is gone.
