tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon olive oil, divided, 1/2 cup pizza sauce, 25 slices pepperoni, 1 jar (4-1/2
ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained, 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained, 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese.
Warm up the broiler. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and oregano in a small basin. To make a soft dough, stir in two
teaspoons of oil and water. Place onto a surface dusted with flour and knead 6–8 times. Form a 12-inch round by rolling. Apply the leftover oil to the bottom of a 12-inch ovenproof skillet and set it
over medium-high heat. Place the crust in the pan and cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Take off the heat. Drizzle with
pizza sauce, then add cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives on top.
Cheese should melt after 3–4 inches of broiling time.
