Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed. Filling: 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk,
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling, 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon almond extract, Whipped cream and maraschino
cherries, optional. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, cut in butter. Apply pressure firmly to the edges and
bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°, or until golden brown. Let cool fully. Melt the chocolate
by cooking and stirring it over low heat in a saucepan with milk, chocolate chips, and salt. Mix in extract and pie
filling. Fill crust with pouring. Wait two to three hours, or until solid. If desired, garnish with cherries and whipped cream.
