Easy Apple Crisp Recipe

Ingredients: 10 to 11 cups sliced peeled tart apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon divided, 1 cup all-purpose

flour, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg,

1/2 cup cold butter cubed, Vanilla ice cream, optional. Turn the oven on to 375°. Arrange the apples in a big basin. Mix 1/2

teaspoon of cinnamon with sugar, then sprinkle it over the apples and toss to coat. Move to a 13 x 9-inch baking dish that

has been buttered. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, nutmeg, and remaining

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Over the apples, sprinkle. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until apples are soft. If preferred, serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
