Grandma's Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients: 1 pound powdered sugar, 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter, 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, 1 ½

teaspoons vanilla extract. Using a fine-mesh sieve, transfer sugar into a large basin. In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter

over medium heat. Mix well and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, or until bubbles start to form around the edges. Add vanilla essence

and salt, and stir. Pour into the dish of powdered sugar. Using a spatula, combine until smooth. Fill an 8 × 8-inch baking tray with

mixture and cover with plastic wrap. Wrap completely and chill for one to three hours, or until solid enough to cut without

becoming too hard. Freeze the fudge and cut it into little chunks. If necessary, let it warm up on the counter before chopping.
