Greek Tortellini Skillet Recipe

Ingredients: 1 package (19 ounces) frozen cheese tortellini, 1 pound ground beef, 1 medium zucchini, sliced, 1 small red onion,

chopped, 3 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, 1/2 cup cubed

feta cheese, 1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, halved, 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil, divided. Cook the tortellini as directed on the

box. Meanwhile, sauté the beef, onion, and zucchini in a large pan over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Once done,

crumble the steak and drain. Add the drained tortellini to the pan. Add the pepper, water, and marinara sauce and stir. Heat till boiling. Simmer

for five minutes, uncovered, on low heat. Incorporate the olives, cheese, tomatoes, and a tablespoon of basil. Add the remaining basil over top.
