How To Make Bacon Avocado Salad

salt, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Salad: 1 bunch romaine, chopped (about 12 cups), 3/4 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled, 3

medium tomatoes chopped, 1 medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced, 3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and cubed, 2

tablespoons lemon juice, 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola or feta cheese. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first six

ingredients; shake vigorously to incorporate. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Combine the romaine, bacon, tomatoes, and onion in a big bowl. Add

avocados to salad after tossing them with lemon juice. Add some cheese on top. When serving, shake the container to reblend the dressing if necessary.
