How To Make Brunch Pizza

Ingredients: 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls, 1 pound bulk pork sausage, 5 large eggs, 1/4 cup 2% milk, 1/2 teaspoon

salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 cup frozen shredded hash browns, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

cheese. Turn the oven on to 375°. Divide the crescent roll dough into eight triangles, then arrange them point-to-point in the

middle of an oiled 12-inch circular pizza pan. Form a crust by pressing over the bottom and up the side; close any holes. Put

aside. Cook the sausage in a big, nonstick pan over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is no longer pink, crumbling it.

Transfer to a pizza crust after draining. Clean the skillet. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a basin and transfer to the same

skillet. Spoon over sausage after cooking and stirring over medium heat until almost set. Add hash browns, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese on the pie. Bake for 25–30 minutes at 375° until the crust is brown.
