How To Make Fish Tacos with Berry Salsa

Ingredients: 1 cup chopped peeled jicama, 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries, 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped, 3

tablespoons minced fresh cilantro, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided, 4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each), 1/4

teaspoon pepper, 8 corn tortillas (6 inches), 1/2 cup crumbled Cotija cheese. Warm up the broiler. To make the salsa, mix the

first five ingredients in a small dish and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Lay the fillets in a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking sheet lined with foil,

then season with the remaining salt and pepper. Fish should be broiled 4–6 inches from the heat

source for 5–7 minutes, or until it just starts to flake with a fork. Serve fish into tortillas along with cheese and salsa.
