How To Make Frosted Banana Bars

medium), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, Dash salt. Frosting: 1 package (8 ounces)

cream cheese, softened, 1/2 cup butter, softened, 4 cups confectioners' sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Turn the oven

on to 350°. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl for five to seven minutes, or until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, bananas, and

eggs and beat. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together; quickly add into the creamed mixture until well combined. Pour

batter into a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan that has been buttered. When a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, bake for

20 to 25 minutes. On a wire rack, let the pan cool. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter and cream cheese until frothy for frosting. Beat in vanilla and confectioners' sugar until creamy. Bars of frost.
