How To Make Lemon Garlic Salmon

Ingredients: 2 whole garlic bulbs, 4 teaspoons olive oil, divided, 3 tablespoons butter, 6 salmon fillets (6 ounces each), 1/4 teaspoon

salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley, 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh

rosemary. Adjust the oven to 425°. Peel the papery outer skin off the garlic; do not split or peel the cloves. Slice the tops off of the

garlic bulbs. Apply one tsp of oil. Encase each lightbulb with sturdy foil. Takes 30 to 35 minutes to soften. Let it cool for ten to

fifteen minutes. Put the butter and the last three tablespoons of oil into a food processor when the garlic has softened. After

blending, cover and put away. After greasing a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking sheet, place the salmon within. Add a dash of lemon juice

and a pinch of salt and pepper. Over each fillet, sprinkle one tablespoon of garlic butter. Fish should bake for 8 to 10 minutes,

uncovered, at 425°, or until it starts to flake easily with a fork. Add a little parsley and rosemary on top.
