Is meditation a good idea for fitness?

your capacity to unwind and focus on your objectives. Increasing your self-awareness

on an emotional, mental, and physical level will set you up for better success in your

athletic endeavors. Hence, exercise and meditation both contribute to improved sleep,

a slower aging process, and longer cognitive retention. It is better to engage in both activities

since they have somewhat distinct effects on the brain. One does not take the place of the other.
