around one-third of a medium-sized avocado, provides the following percentage of daily value (DV) you need: Potassium: 6%

DV, Copper: 10% DV, Folate: 10% DV, Vitamin K: 10% DV.  Vitamin B5 : 15% DV. In addition, avocados

have iron, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, riboflavin, thiamin, and vitamin E.

They include a lot of unsaturated fats, such as oleic acid, which are good for the heart. Avocados

are also a rich source of fiber, including around 3 grams (11% DV) of fiber per 50 grams of avocados.
