Old Bay Crispy Kale Chips Recipe
Ingredients: 1 bunch kale, washed, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 to 3 teaspoons Old Bay
Seasoning, Sea salt, to taste. Turn the oven on at 300°. Cut kale leaves into big chunks
and remove rough stems. Transfer to a large bowl. Toss with spices and olive
oil. Place leaves on baking sheets that have been oiled in a single layer. Bake
for ten minutes without covering, then turn the pans. Continue baking for another 15 minutes or
so, or until crisp and beginning to color. Stand for a minimum of five minutes before to serving.
