Orange-Glazed Bacon Recipe

Ingredients: 3/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup honey, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon

ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, 24 bacon strips (1 lb.). Turn the oven on to 350°. Mix the

first five ingredients together in a small pot. Boil until the liquid is reduced to one-third cup. Line a

15 x 10 x 1 inch ungreased baking pan with a rack for the bacon. After ten minutes of baking,

drain oil. Over the bacon, drizzle half of the glaze. For ten minutes, bake. Shake bacon and pour remaining glaze over it.

Bake for a further five to ten minutes, or until golden. Lay bacon out on parchment paper to firm up. Warm up and serve.
