Parmesan-Crusted Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 (24 ounce) package baby Yukon Gold potatoes, halved, ½ cup freshly grated

Parmesan cheese, 1 ½ teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning, 1 teaspoon kosher salt. Set oven temperature to 425 F (220 C).

Butter should be melted in about 4 minutes in an oven that is placed in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or nonstick baking pan. Cut a

crosshatch pattern into the potatoes, approximately 1/4 inch deep, while the butter is melting. Put aside. After taking the pan

out of the oven, let it a brief two minutes to cool. To make a paste, mix salt, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and herb

seasoning into butter. Each potato should have about 1 teaspoon of Parmesan paste applied to the cut side. Place the potatoes, cut

side down, in the pan. Preheat the oven and place in. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and the

Parmesan has formed a golden crust on the bottom of the potatoes. Let stand for five minutes, then remove potatoes from pan with a spatula.
