Recipe Of Portobello Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients: 4 portobello mushroom caps, ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon

minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, salt and pepper to taste, 4 (1 ounce) slices

provolone cheese. Put the smooth side of the mushroom caps in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, whisk together

balsamic, oil, garlic, basil, and oregano. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.

Drizzle the mushrooms with vinaigrette. Let stand, rotating twice, at room temperature

for about fifteen minutes. Set the grill's temperature to medium-high.
