Ingredients: 3 ounces cooked salmon, flaked, 1 cup cooked white rice, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon sriracha or other hot
sauce, 2 teaspoons Japanese mayonnaise, 1 sheet nori, torn, ½ ripe avocado, sliced, ¼ cup kimchi. Pour salmon onto a platter
that is safe to microwave using a fork. Add a layer of rice and one ice cube on top. Place a microwave-safe cover on top and cook
for 30 seconds on low power. Take off the lid and measure the temperature. Should the salmon and rice not be sufficiently
heated, place a cover on them and reheat for an additional 30 seconds on low power. Take the ice cube from the cap. Pour
mayonnaise, Sriracha, and soy sauce on top, then use a fork to stir everything until well mixed. Add some kimchi, avocado slices, and broken bits of nori as garnish.
