Should I switch to organic food?

Whether a fruit or vegetable is organic or not, it still has the same vitamins, minerals, fiber, and other nutrients. But eating

organically grown meat and fruit may help you stay away from additional hormones and chemical pesticide and fertilizer

residue. There is currently inconclusive research about health hazards associated with these drugs. The maximum amount of

these substances that can be found in fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy products is regulated by food safety groups. Some

consumers pick organic food in an effort to promote agricultural methods that are more sustainable and favorable to the environment as well

as better living circumstances for animals. Growing food organically is often more labor intensive, so organic produce may cost more.
