Smash Burger Taco Recipe

Ingredients: 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 tablespoon relish, 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, 1

lb ground round, 1 teaspoon Kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas, 2 slices American

cheese, cut in half lengthwise, 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce, 1/4 cup diced onion. In a small bowl, combine mayo, ketchup,

mustard, relish, and spicy sauce; put aside. Turn the heat up to medium-high on a griddle. Mound the meat on the heated griddle

after dividing it into four loose chunks. After adding salt and pepper equally, fry for two minutes. Every beef chunk should

have a tortilla on top of it. Press down to press the steak into the tortilla's size and shape. Cook for a further two to three minutes,

or until the tortilla is golden brown. After turning each burger over, add cheese on top. Add lettuce and onions on top once the cheese has

melted and the tortilla has just browned. After removing from the griddle and folding in half like a taco, drizzle with sauce. Serve right away.
