Spicy Garlic Salmon Recipe

Ingredients: 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 dried red chile pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard, 2

tablespoons fresh lime juice, sea salt to taste, freshly ground black pepper, 2 (6 ounce) fillets salmon. Adjust oven temperature

to 400 F (200 C). Cover a medium-sized baking dish with foil. Grease foil very lightly. Grind the garlic, chili powder, and olive oil

together using a mortar and pestle. Stir together the mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper to

form a thick paste. After preparing the baking dish, put the salmon fillets inside and cover with the

paste mixture. Fish should flake easily with a fork after baking for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
