To properly meditate, 1) locate a peaceful, comfortable area.  2) When you sit or lie down, close

your eyes. 3) Observe your breathing, inhaling and exhaling slowly and deeply. 4) As ideas

arise, accept them without passing judgment and shift your attention back to your breathing.

5) Start with quick five- to ten-minute workouts and gradually increase the duration.

6) Make an effort to meditate each day since regularity is key. 7) Recall that

meditation is a talent that must be practiced; there is no right or incorrect way to do it.
