What is a good source of protein for vegetarians?

Plant-based foods high in protein, such as legumes, chickpeas, peas, beans, and soybeans, can be consumed by vegetarians. For

example, there are around 20 grams of protein in every 100 grams of beans or peanuts. These foods can supply additional

minerals like zinc and iron in addition to being great providers of plant-based protein. A significant portion of some grains,

including quinoa and oats, are composed of proteins, making them excellent sources of protein as well. It is noteworthy to

mention that a majority of plant-based protein meals do not include all the required amino acids in their composition.

Consequently, one must constantly modify their diet by combining certain foods to ensure they are getting all the essential amino acids.
