Which is better, cane sugar or beet sugar?

In terms of nutrients, cane sugar and beet sugar are almost equal. They are made entirely

of glucose and fructose molecules, which combine to form pure sucrose. As a result,

ingesting large amounts of cane or beet sugar may cause weight gain as well as the onset

of chronic illnesses including diabetes, heart disease, and liver issues. Eating unprocessed

raw sugarcane as a fresh stalk may provide nutritional advantages. In its natural condition,

it has little fat and salt content. Given that it has a high calorie content, moderation is advised while consuming it.
